Exercising shouldn’t feel like punishment or something you dread doing. In fact, it’s my goal to show you that it can and *should* be enjoyable. Finding ways to move your body that you like doing will not only make it easier to stay committed but it will also encourage a positive relationship between you and fitness.
While I do have a YouTube channel filled with free workouts, this monthly membership allows me to cater to two large groups on my channel. I have many subscribers who are swifties and many who love knee friendly content. Now, I can give those two groups more of the exact workouts they are wanting EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH.
