About Me

Hi, I'm Audrey!

It’s hard to stand out in the fitness world of clickbait and false promises, but I am really grateful for every person who stumbles upon my platform. Knowing that I contribute positively to lives by sharing my workouts is truly the most rewarding feeling. I want my platforms to continue to be a place where we support each other, cheer each other on, and celebrate our achievements together. I hope you know that you always have me in your corner on your fitness journey and I am your biggest hype girl!!

it's nice to meet you!

I am 29, 5’10” (some people on my YouTube think I am short!), a NASM certified trainer, and just recently got married to my college sweetheart of 10 years. In 2019, I had ACL surgery and had to start my fitness journey all over again. I created workouts that would help me get stronger (safely without aggravating my knees) and that is largely why I create knee friendly workouts on my YouTube and try to always provide a modification for jumping exercises. You will often see me smiling in my workouts (& grimacing in pain occasionally). I try to be a source of positivity and have it feel like you’re working out with one of your friends! For a few more quick facts: I am a proud swiftie, a bit of a dork, bargain hunter (the thrill I get from a good deal is ridiculous lol), clumsy, U of A wildcat, Libra, giggly, and I love my family/friends very much.

How I View

Fitness

There is more to fitness than just losing weight (what a lot of people solely focus on). Like many, I fell victim to the idea that I had to constantly be in pursuance of a small size in high school and a lot of college. If I gained weight, I felt I had to use exercise as a way to try to lose it as fast as possible. Calories became a large focus to me and was at the forefront of my thoughts when choosing what foods to eat. However, the moment I changed how I viewed fitness and stopped looking at the numbers, weighing myself, or trying to fit into old clothes, I felt immensely more happy.

Noticing that so many women spend their entire lives at war with their body was eye-opening and realizing that I didn’t have to be one of them was life-changing. Fitness no longer was a tool used to punish myself, but a tool to show my body love and become my healthiest, strongest version of me.

My relationship with fitness is something I take pride in. I aim to move my body as often as possible, but I don’t stress if I miss a workout. Instead of trying to burn as many calories as I can, I focus on quality workouts, prioritizing slow and controlled movements. I don’t punish myself with cardio to make up for “bad foods”; I do it to improve my endurance. I also genuinely look forward to walking on the treadmill because it’s a time when I can watch my favorite shows or listen to my favorite music (and mouth all the words to the songs, lol).

Exercise is something that makes me feel stronger, both physically and mentally. Over the years, I’ve found my passion in fitness, and now, I hope to help others discover their joy in exercising too. The feeling of accomplishment after a workout is unmatched, and it’s something I want everyone to experience. Rather than focusing on how much weight you’ve lost, I encourage you to pay attention to your energy levels, how you’re feeling overall, whether you feel stronger, and your mental state. My goal is to help people fall in love with moving their bodies.
